Which devices and languages does Kairo support, and how do I reach support?
Kairo is an iPhone app and needs iOS 16.4 or later; there is also an Apple Watch app for watchOS 9.4 or later. There is no Android version. The app is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. You can reach support at support@kairocalories.com.

Which devices are supported?
An iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later. Kairo is built for iPhone; there is no dedicated iPad version. For Apple Watch there is a separate app with complications for watchOS 9.4 or later, see Kairo on Apple Watch.
Kairo also comes with widgets for the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. The app shows how to add them in your profile, in the "WIDGETS" section under "How to add?".
Is Kairo available on Android or on the web?
No. Kairo is only available in the Apple App Store for iPhone. An Android version is on the list, but there is no date. There is no web version of the app either.
Which languages is Kairo available in?
Seven: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch and Portuguese. The app starts in your iPhone's language; if that is not one of the seven, it starts in English.
You change the language in your profile under "App Settings" → "Language". In the same place you set the units (metric or imperial) and the appearance (light, dark, or following the system).
How do I reach support?
By email at support@kairocalories.com, in English or German. It helps to include the email address of your Kairo account, your iPhone model, your iOS version and a short description of what happened.
Billing and refund questions are handled by Apple, because purchases run through the App Store: Cancel your subscription and request a refund. Kairo is operated by Centaurio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Hofheim am Taunus, Germany; full provider details are in the imprint.
