What works without a subscription?

From the fourth AI analysis on, Kairo asks for a subscription. Kairo has no permanent free tier. If you want to track for free indefinitely and accept ads in return, apps with an ad-funded free tier are cheaper.

Yes, on the yearly plan: 3 days free. If you cancel within that time, nothing is charged. The weekly plan has no trial.
How do I cancel?
In iOS Settings: your name → Subscriptions → Kairo → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Kairo is billed through Apple; refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are there ads or a more expensive premium tier?
No. Kairo shows no ads, and there is exactly one subscription that includes every feature: photo AI, barcode scanner, macros, Body Map, Apple Health and Apple Watch.
Why do I see a different price?
Apple sets prices per country and currency, and taxes differ. The binding price is always the one the App Store shows you before you buy. Existing subscriptions can keep an earlier price.
